2006 Sangiovese
Walla Walla Valley

A garnet beauty, medium bodied with consistent, balanced flavor and a long finish. Ripe cherry and blackberry with hints of toasted hazelnut and spice supported by soft tannins. A lovely pairing with Northwest salmon, pizza, red sauce pastas, grilled pork loin and savory roasted vegetables. 

Alcohol: 13.7%

2006 Solstice

Columbia Valley

Solstice marks the cycle of the seasons. Vines store the sun’s luminous energy in the fruit during summer’s golden days before resting through the long winter nights. The winemaker gently releases that power as grapes are transformed into wine. Our Solstice presents bright cherry and juicy plum characters with vanilla, cardamom, and mocha java notes. Pair with roast beef, lamb, game, roasted or grilled vegetables, and tomato-based pasta, soups and stews.

 

2006 Barbera

From ruby red color to medium bodied finish - enjoy with food and fellowship. Bing cherry with a hint of soft cranberry, a fantastic companion to roast pork, sausage, savory grilled meats and vegetables, eggplant Parmesan or moussaka, and Asian plum chicken.

 

2008 Muscat Canelli

Columbia Valley

Our unique dry-style Muscat Canelli is not a dessert wine.  It has been thoughtfully created to enjoy before or with your meal.  The perfect companion to spicy foods such as Thai, Cajun, barbecue, and Indian curries.  Fragrant tropical notes are balanced by crisp citrus tones.  Very compatible with green salads, fruit and cheese courses, or alone as an aperitif.  Serve lightly chilled.

2007 Red Barn Red Table Wine

Columbia Valley

A great casual wine that’s great for picnics and parties!  Bright cherry and cranberry headline this wine.  Enjoy with simple bread, cheese and salami, grilled burgers, baked beans, pizza, stuffed peppers, scalloped potatoes and yes – even macaroni and cheese.

2007 Kick-Ass Red   

Columbia Valley

Tim’s mule, Pearl, adorns the front label and the back label is a chuckle, but inside this fun package is a serious wine. Kinda’ cute, kinda’ homely, and always an adventure. Bold and beautiful, with heart and soul, layers of fruit unfold in your glass.

   

2008 Rosato    (Sold Out)                                                      

Columbia Valley

Dry, not sweet, this lively beauty is rich with fresh, intense berry flavors and color, concentrated sunshine in a bottle. Rosato is a versatile wine created for year round pleasure. Enjoy Rosato with baked ham, seafood, sushi, salad courses, fresh and aged cheeses. Also a crisp partner to fruit courses, green salad, pasta and potato salads, and grilled or roasted chicken. Serve lightly chilled.

 

2008 Orange Muscat

Champoux Vineyard, Columbia Valley

Dessert in a bottle! Enjoy the light frangrance of honeysuckle and jasmine followed by essence of mandarin orange, ripe pear and a hint of caramel.  This crisp-sweet dessert wine is a lovely partner to pear tart, apricot cheesecake, pecans, biscotti, and lemon rosemary cake.  Serve cool, not chilled.
